It is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 16, 2007 as a corporation and consequently recognized as one of the wastes transporters / treater by the Department of Natural Resources under Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) and Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) with Transporter Registration No. OL-TP-R3-14-000143 and RWH-2022-134 respectively.
The company is situated at Room 542 Wellington Building, 624,Plaza Lorenzo Ruiz, Binondo, Manila having an extended warehouse at No. 53 Mercado Street, Bo. Tuctucan, Guiguinto, Bulacan utilized as central garage of all registered transport vehicles and the house for the logistics personnel.
It is the first TUV ISO4001 Certified in the Philippines among the waste transporters having successfully passed the international certification for Environmental Management System on August 24, 2011 and gearing for ISO18001 and R2 Certification.
